Welcome to Olchfa
I am really pleased to be able to introduce the Olchfa Sixth Form. We are incredibly proud of our Sixth Form here. It is large and vibrant, with students studying a very wide range of courses. It provides challenge, support, progression and opportunity in an inclusive environment where we place huge value on relaxed yet respectful, relationships. The whole experience is very ‘grown up’.

We have worked hard to achieve a balance between independence and freedom on the one hand, and responsibility and rigour on the other. We respect Sixth Formers in every way as young adults. In return, we expect you to have high aspirations for yourselves.

It has never been more important to get a good start in life. The world is changing rapidly and career opportunities get tougher and tougher as the years go by. To succeed in this challenging world you will need a flexible skill set, courage, resilience, stamina and the right academic profile. Nearly all of our students go on to higher education in a wide range of institutions studying an equally wide range of courses. Olchfa Sixth Form will prepare and support you in that journey.
