We hope to actively promote the diversity of roles available in Manufacturing to suit a wide range of young people with differing skills and styles. We recognise that there is something for everyone in this sector and hope to highlight the wide range of roles and opportunities that are available from sales, marketing and HR to R&D, a wide range of hands-on Production processes including powder coating, sheet metal cutting, welding, forming, assembly plus the use of AI and tech adoption.

We are passionate about getting young people into hospitality. We have lots of staff who have been with us from an early age and their progress is remarkable, vastly improving organisational skills, their confidence and communication. We are also keen to show that hospitality can be a serious career and not just a weekend job. We have management staff on very healthy salary packages with a unique work/life balance.

Hyppo Hydrogen Solutions is proud to support the young people of Swansea through our school workshops and annual secondary school competition, teaching them how green hydrogen can be used as a renewable energy source as we transition away from fossil fuels, and the job opportunities in this emerging and sustainable industry right here in Swansea!

It is important to support young people to make educated career choices that gives them on going training opportunities to enable people to grow their skills for life time employment.
